1. Coverage

TINTXP proudly offers a Lifetime Warranty on our automotive window tinting services. This warranty covers:

• Peeling
• Bubbling
• Cracking
• Delamination
• Discoloration (excluding normal fading)

2. Terms and Conditions

• This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• The vehicle must remain under the same ownership for the warranty to be valid.
• This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care.
• The warranty is void if the tint film has been tampered with, subjected to misuse, or if improper cleaning methods or abrasive materials have been used.
• Damage caused by accidents, glass breakage, scratching, impact, or acts of nature is not covered.

3. Warranty Claims

• To make a claim, the customer must present proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and bring the vehicle to a TINTXP-authorized location.
• If the claim is approved, TINTXP will repair or replace the affected window tint at no cost to the customer.
• TINTXP reserves the right to inspect the vehicle to determine the cause of any defects.

4. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from aftermarket glass replacement, glass etching, or scratches caused by other objects.
• Damage from rolling windows down within 48 hours of installation.
• Damage caused by cleaning with ammonia-based or abrasive cleaners.
• Tint installation performed outside TINTXP-authorized locations.

5. Care Instructions
For optimal longevity, TINTXP recommends:

• Waiting at least 48 hours before rolling down windows.
• Cleaning with a soft cloth and non-ammonia-based cleaners.
• Avoiding sharp objects that may scratch the film.

6. Legal Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
